Our New Session Timeline
Once you’ve found the right session, the new Session Timeline view makes it easy to reconstruct the full story of what happened across days, devices, and touchpoints.
Instead of stitching together events from multiple systems or pages, you can now see every key moment in sequence: which screens were visited, how long the user lingered, which fields were edited, and when high-risk behavioral signals were triggered.
We highlight repeated quote attempts, changes to fields like drivers and vehicles, payment activity, and other signals as they unfolded in real time. This gives teams a clear narrative of behavior, from the first quote screen to payment confirmation and end of application, so they can validate intent and assess risk with confidence.
