Enterprise Intent

One behavioral record, from quote to claim.

ForMotiv ties every quote, login, policy change, agent session, chat and claim into one persistent behavioral record, so each team decides with the whole story instead of one session at a time.

Decisions across the enterprise

Unify siloed data

One persistent behavioral record, from quote to claim to SIU.

SIU, claims, servicing and underwriting each hold part of the policyholder’s story in separate systems. Enterprise Intent unifies them into one behavioral record that every department reads from. Here is one auto policyholder, both ways.

How the profile builds

Every interaction makes the next decision smarter.

A quote gives context to the registration, the policy change, the agent call and, eventually, the claim. Select a session to see what the profile knew at that moment.

For every team

The same record, read six ways.

Each team keeps its own decisions and systems. Enterprise Intent gives all of them the same behavioral history to decide with.

Fraud & SIU

See high-risk behavior on a claim, payout change or login, with everything that came before it.

Growth & marketing

See high-intent households across products and channels.

Claims

Open FNOL with application and servicing behavior already attached.

Distribution

See where agent-keyed applications differ from what the customer entered online.

Customer experience

Give call-center and chat teams the context of what the customer just did online.

Underwriting

See which answers changed between the online quote, the agent session and later policy changes.

How it works

From separate sessions to one record

Enterprise Intent runs on the same lightweight tag and real-time API as the rest of ForMotiv. Each new deployment adds to the same record instead of starting over.

01

Capture

Behavior is captured in every session, on web, mobile, agent portals and chat.

02

Link

Sessions and the devices behind them are tied to the policy, so every workflow and transaction lands on one record.

03

Read

Each session is read in real time, with the rest of the record there for context.

04

Deliver

Scores and the reasons behind them return in real time to the systems that run quoting, policy and claims.

Built from behavior, not personal data.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Enterprise Intent?

Enterprise Intent is ForMotiv's approach to giving every department one persistent behavioral record of a customer's sessions, from quote to claim to SIU. Instead of each team seeing only its own slice, fraud, growth, claims and underwriting all work from the same behavioral history.

Why does a single behavioral record matter across departments?

Risk that starts at the quote often shows up later in servicing or claims. When the behavior from the original application is available at first notice of loss or a payout change, claims and SIU teams can see patterns no single department would catch on its own.

Does Enterprise Intent replace existing systems?

No. ForMotiv adds behavioral data and signals to the policy, claims and analytics systems a carrier already runs. Results are delivered by real-time API and batch so they can feed existing rules, models and workflows.

Which channels feed Enterprise Intent?

Direct digital sessions, agent and agency portals, call center workflows and chat, including AI agents, all contribute to the same behavioral record.

How is customer privacy handled?

ForMotiv is designed to capture how forms are filled in rather than the personal information typed into them. Carriers control which workflows are covered and how results are used.

Your applications already know more than they say.

Bring one journey and one goal. We’ll show you the behavioral signals behind it, the decisions they can drive, and how ForMotiv fits into your stack.
